“The Catholic Church is always and everywhere solicitous of educating the young . . . . . the methods it adopts are abundantly efficacious because they unite instruction with virtue, good morals with knowledge.”
Our Founder, Mons. Isidor Formosa
Our founder Blessed Mons. Isidor Formosa's first aim was for us to host children while their mothers went out to work. He didn't want us to simply look after them – he wanted us to embrace the apostleship of St Angela Merici, who worked relentlessly for the education of children and youths specifically young girls. As a consequence, it is our duty to give the children under our care the much-needed unconditional love and a Catholic education, along with all other types of knowledge. Our Residential Homes and Schools should be looked upon as an apostolate which has to be done with commitment so that we can convey Jesus' love to the hearts of our little ones. This necessitates, on our part, sacrifice, and a lot of patience. We are committed to care for our children by loving them and instilling in them the values we have inherited from our Founder.
